Heavy Rain/Surface Flooding (Camping)
| All Present | Medium | It is the responsibility of each groups Nights Away Permit holder to ensure that tents and other camping equipment are set up properly and monitored during any periods of heavy rain. Each group encouraged to monitor the local weather forecast during the build-up to the event and during the events duration. The digging of drainage ditches, gulleys or similar is not allowed. In extreme conditions, if a group has no dry shelter remaining due to heavy rain or surface water flooding then shelter may be sought in one of the onsite buildings, this is to be coordinated by the Shirejam leadership team.
