Hazard – something that may cause harm or damage. Risk – the chance of it happening. | Young people, Leaders, Visitors? | The gross risk rating is a combination of the likelihood of the risk happening and the impact should no mitigating actions be taken. | Controls – Ways of making the activity safer by removing or reducing the risk from it. Particular attenrtion should be made to area between Crossbow and Archery and ranges to stop participants leaving crossbows short cutting across archery range.
