The net risk rating is a combination of the likelihood of the risk happening and the impact once the mitigating actions have been taken.

Zone leader running the session has briefed all volunteers of the area they are supervising.

Zone leader is able to contact Scout Med if necessary via radio so they are able to attend to any medical issues arise.

They are request to fire water below shoulder height of others to reduce the risk of young people being hit in the face.

Running into the outer fencing
